Hello, my name is Sam Killbery. Thanks for checking out the page.

In July 2008 I am doing a charity cycle ride in aid of the Springboard Project in Horsham (registered charity no 1014270). Springboard provides loads of different activities for children and young people with physical or learning disabilities – from a playgroup for toddlers to a “buddies” group that helps disabled young people enjoy all the same activities as other teenagers.

I am 15 years old and am planning this ride for the month after I do my GCSE exams this summer. The idea of the John O’Groats to Lands End ride came to me a few months ago – it seemed like a good idea at the time. Only later did I realise what a mammoth task it would be!

I have been training hard for months and am now really looking forward to the challenge.
